The Brazilian Gaucho Skewer is a 2 piece skewer. The base is an 1/8” thick, 6” X 6” stainless steel plate. The skewer is 8” long and 5/16” in diameter. The Brazilian Gaucho Skewer is “Made in the USA” of high quality stainless steel. Barbecue roasts, steaks, whole fish, whole chickens, sausages, etc. Just about anything you barbecue on your grill will cook on the Brazilian Gaucho Skewer.
