Brazilian (Churrasco) Super Skewers

All of our Brazilian (Churrasco) Super Skewers all made of 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and are Made In The USA. They have 6″ long wood handles (Stainless Steel handles are optional) and the blades are 23.75″ long. It is not recommended to put the wood handled skewers in the oven. Wood handles will burn.

We have 3 different models of skewer:

Forked Churrasco Skewer

The Forked Skewer is great for sausages, brats, and any other wide and/or long pieces of meat including salmon steaks or fillets, steelhead or other larger fish. The tines are 3/16” round, 304 stainless steel (will not rust). They clean up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer.

Large Blade Churrasco Skewer

The Large Blade Skewer (.70″ wide) is great for all cuts of meat. It has a 45 degree bend running the length of the blade to give it extra strength. It is made of 12 gauge, 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and cleans up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer

Small Blade Churrasco Skewer

The Small Blade Skewer (.40″ wide) is great for prawns, scallops, chicken legs or breasts and shish kabob (1-2″ squares of any meat, fish or veggie). It has a 90 degree bend running the length of the blade to give it extra strength. It is made of 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and cleans up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer.
