The Super Skewer BBQ skewer has a crafted wooden handle and dual 1/8″ round stainless steel tines. The Super Skewer’s design eliminates the need for hot pads when kabobing because the wooden handle eliminates heat transfer from the barbeque. The dual 19″ long stainless steel tines stop your kabobs from rotating on the skewer when being turned. The tines will not rust and are easy to clean. The 19″ length allows you to remove your barbeque’s grills and shish kabob your food over the complete width of the standard barbeque. This gives more evenly distributed heat to your chicken, steak, shrimp, vegetables, or whatever you’re grilling.

Square Super Skewer
The Square Super Skewer has a crafted wooden handle. The stainless steel tine measures 24″ in length. It is 3/16″ square with a pointed tip to make meat/vegetables easy to place onto the skewer.
The overall length of the skewer is 27″ including the handle (24″ steel tine and 3″ handle).
The square section allows you to cook and turn meat evenly on all four sides.

Flat Super Skewer
The Flat Super Skewer has a crafted wooden handle and the stainless steel tine measures 24″ in length. It is 3/8″ wide 12 gauge stainless steel with a pointed tip to make meat/vegetables easy to place onto the skewer (meat will not rotate). The overall length of the skewer is 27″ including the handle (24″ steel tine and 3″ handle).

This Commercial Grade Super Skewer is made of flat 12 gauge (about the thickness of two dimes stacked) series 304(18-8) Stainless Steel. It is 3/8″ wide and 21″ or 27″ long. The Commercial Super Skewer has a rounded handle for easy storage and a pointed business end for easy skewering. The Super Skewer is easy to clean and easy for your prep workers to use. Super Skewer Fruit/Individual Server Skewers
The Fruit/Individual Server Skewer is 6″ long and is made of hexagonal, 1/8″ diameter, 303 stainless steel. Being hexagonal in shape helps hold your food in place on the skewer.
Super Skewer Appetizer/Snack Picks
These picks are 2.5″ long. They are made of 16 gauge, round, 316 stainless steel. For those who are not up on their gauge sizes, 16 gauge is the thickness of a penny. So if you lay a penny and this pick on a flat surface they will both be the same height. You will never have to buy or throw away a tooth pick again. They clean up easily and never rust. Brazilian (Churrasco) Super Skewers
All of our Brazilian (Churrasco) Super Skewers all made of 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and are Made In The USA. They have 6″ long wood handles (Stainless Steel handles are optional) and the blades are 23.75″ long. It is not recommended to put the wood handled skewers in the oven. Wood handles will burn.
We have 3 different models of skewer:
Forked Churrasco Skewer
The Forked Skewer is great for sausages, brats, and any other wide and/or long pieces of meat including salmon steaks or fillets, steelhead or other larger fish. The tines are 3/16” round, 304 stainless steel (will not rust). They clean up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer.
Large Blade Churrasco Skewer
The Large Blade Skewer (.70″ wide) is great for all cuts of meat. It has a 45 degree bend running the length of the blade to give it extra strength. It is made of 12 gauge, 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and cleans up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer
Small Blade Churrasco Skewer
The Small Blade Skewer (.40″ wide) is great for prawns, scallops, chicken legs or breasts and shish kabob (1-2″ squares of any meat, fish or veggie). It has a 90 degree bend running the length of the blade to give it extra strength. It is made of 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel (will not rust) and cleans up easily with soap and water. We do not recommend putting them in the dish washer.

Hot Dog and Marshmallow Skewer
The Super Skewer “Stick” by Blackwell
The “Stick” is made of 300 series stainless steel (will not rust) with wood handle and cleans up easily. It’s design allows for efficient skewering of your hot dogs and marshmallows. The crank on the end makes it easy to hold the “stick” and turn your hot dogs or marshmallows while they are over the hot coals. The “stick” is the ultimate in backyard and camp fire roasting .
