This Commercial Grade Super Skewer is made of flat 12 gauge (about the thickness of two dimes stacked) series 304(18-8) Stainless Steel. It is 3/8″ wide and 21″ or 27″ long. The Commercial Super Skewer has a rounded handle for easy storage and a pointed business end for easy skewering. The Super Skewer is easy to clean and easy for your prep workers to use. Custom lengths are available on request.

Hand-crafted wooden case (shown above) also available to purchase separately or as part of a complete 11- or 21-piece set.
